I’m a siciliana born in East London but I now live with my brother Rob and his wife Amica. I graduated from the Sapienza Università di Roma with a doctorate (laurea magistrale) in jurisprudence and qualified as an avvocatessa (lawyer) but I no longer practice law. I’m the amministratrice delegata (CEO) of Amico Sport Srl, consejera delegada (CEO) of Amico Deporte Argentina S.R.L., and Başkan (presidentessa) of Amico Spor Türkiye A.Ş, and director of Amico šport oružje Hrvatski d.o.o. and Amico armi sportive Svizzera SaGL, which I co-own with my brother.
I'm a fencing, shooting, bullfighting and boxing aficionada.
I'm maestra di scherma and coach Olympic fencing, classical Italian fencing, Baroque sword and Villardita-Siciliana (il Nicosioto) and I'm a licensed gun carrier.
My other interests include: sex, ballittu siciliano — Tarantella Siciliana, Controdanza and Taratata – classical ballet, cooking, shopping, blogging, driving my Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, boating, skiing and going to Church. Politically I’m an anarchist and believer in liberation theology.
Merry Christmas to all of you and I hope to see some new posting in the New Year! know ya’ll are busy, but really I count on this blog for some great reading and interaction. I’ve learned a lot about knives this past year from y’all.
And as a drummer, I just know that bass drum in the Pogue vid above would be very cool with some old vintage drums I have!

We’re back now. We’ve been visiting relative in Sicily, Rome, London, and Cork. I think I need a holiday to get over the holiday! But we’re back now and we’ll be blogging again. Look forward to more informative conversations with you.
For Stefi: Long time no see. I would like to wish you a [although late] a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We in the US Latin Community celebrate Christmas until the Three Kings Day in Mid January. Roberto. Miami Florida.
I also want to add Christmas Greetings to Pietro, Rob, and Amica

What happened to your blog? Did you Stephi get married and have no time to blog? :p
I enjoyed reading your posts (that is true about Rob, Amica si Pietro also) and miss them. Any plans to get back to blogging?
Yeah, well… I wasn’t really thinking you got married. That was just a subtle (or not so subtle) way to encourage you to post again and to show my appreciation about the blog (and that applies to all of you). I like reading about knives, guns, girls, martial arts, everything!
Ah Stefi… at least we know that you are still alive. Good, we are reinsured

I agree with the others Steph, miss your blogs, particularly your political insights into palestine and the middle east, Iran, etc. Your common-sense based analytical approach is all too rare, and events during this year have largely shown you were right on the money..
