The Mark of Zorro

I used to love watching Zorro as a little girl. To hell with feminism, I used to fantasise about being saved by a great swordsman in a black eye mask, cape and Sevillano hat – actually I still do.

The Power and Rathbone fight is probably the best fencing scene in a Hollywood movie but my favourite Zorro is the original, Douglas Fairbanks, his acrobatics and agility put the rest to shame.
