Stretching is Crap

Stretching before or after exercise is good for you cos it prevents injuries and muscle soreness and improves sporting performance, right? NOPE!!! That’s so wrong, stretching causes injuries, and it don’t do nothing for muscle soreness or performance.

So don’t freaking do it! Not even dynamic stretching. Do a good warm up, which is excersise specific. For wrestling I usually skip, do footwork, shoot and sprawl drills, hip cuts and hip hoists, arm drag, tie up and pummelling drills, and that gets my heart rate up and blood pumping. After wrestling training I do no warm down, there is no reason for it. I chill out put ice on anything that hurts and get a shoulder and neck massage. 

If I doing boxing training, I’ll warm up again with skipping and shadow boxing, then I’ll go straight into speed punches on a bag, then alternate pad work and bag work for power punches.

Unless you’re a gymnast or something you don’t need to be really flexible but I’m still quite flexible, I can do the front splits and side splits in a handstand no problem, I think most girls can. I don’t do no flexibility training but I keep my muscles nice and supple by getting Rob to give me a massage in the evenings after training – legs, butt, groin, back, chest and arms, cos I get a shoulder and neck massage straight after training. Sometimes on the weekend I get my sister to give me a full body massage with scented oil too.

    Nah, I don’t massage him. I get to sleepy. If I massage him I climb on his back and fall asleep. Steph gives him a massage.

    Yeah I’m naked but I cover my pussy with a towel. A chest massage ain’t a boob massage and a groin massage ain’t a pussy massage. I massage them myself ;)
